01Acceptance

By using allways.digital or engaging ALL WAYS BUSINESS services, you agree to these terms. For client engagements, specific scope is governed by written SOW.

02Services

We provide digital product development, brand strategy, AI integration, web platform development, and consulting.

03Intellectual property

• On full payment, custom work IP transfers to client.
• ALL WAYS BUSINESS retains internal frameworks and reusable tooling.
• Open-source components remain under original licenses.

04Client obligations

• Provide accurate briefs and timely feedback.
• Provide required assets and credentials on schedule.
• Pay invoices within agreed terms.

05Payment terms

• Project work follows milestone invoicing unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices are due within 14 days.
• Overdue invoices may accrue interest and pause active work.

06Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project in question.

08Warranties

Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care. No guarantee is made regarding business outcomes, growth, or uninterrupted software operation.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and subject to Portuguese courts.
